Drukomat
The Drukomat project is an explainer animation created to clearly present the functionality of the drukomat.pl platform – a tool that enables ordering printing services online. The material aims not only to showcase the key features of the service, but also to show how users can easily and quickly complete their orders without needing industry knowledge.
The animation was designed to combine aesthetic motion design with clear and accessible messaging – thanks to this, even people unfamiliar with printing services can quickly understand the value of the solution.
Brief
The goal of the project was to create an animation that would show users in a short time and accessible way how to use the Drukomat platform – from product selection, through parameter configuration, to order finalization. The key challenge was to simplify and illustrate the printing process and the possibilities offered by the service, so that it would be understandable to a wide audience.
It was also important to highlight the benefits, such as ease of use, quick pricing and wide selection of printing products – all without having to leave home.
Solution
We designed a 2D animation based on a clear narrative structure and consistent graphic style. We used simplified illustrations and iconography symbolizing individual stages of order fulfillment – from product configuration, through option comparison, to delivery of finished materials.
The visual layer was maintained in a modern, minimalist style, which makes it easier for the viewer to quickly understand the subsequent steps and benefits. The animation was designed to maintain a dynamic rhythm and smooth transitions between scenes, which increases viewer engagement.
Great emphasis was placed on ensuring that every key message was clear, even if the animation is viewed without sound – making it ideal for use in digital channels, such as social media or websites.
Result
The end result is a modern, clear and engaging explainer animation for Drukomat, which effectively presents the platform’s operation and its most important features. The project supports the process of acquiring new users by making it easier for them to quickly understand how to place an order online.
Thanks to the combination of aesthetic visual layer with clear messaging, the material increases audience engagement and improves brand communication – while building a professional image of Drukomat as an intuitive and modern tool for ordering printing services.
